CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

* There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required for ALL custom orders. You will be invoiced for the deposit via email within 72 hours. Custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credits. 

* No order is processed until this deposit is received.

* The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your total cost. All charges over the deposit amount will be billed to you before the item is shipped. Shipping and tax fees will be applied.

* Orders not paid in full within 5-7 days of completion go back into our inventory and must be reordered.

* After you fill in this order request, we will contact you to go over details before the order is completed. If you have questions on shipping and pricing, please contact us at MichelleD@allthewaycreativebymichelle.com

* Upon completing this form and your order is verbally/electronically agreed upon, and the supplies are secured, your jewels will go to production. No changes will be accepted once production begins.
