If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days after you have received your package. When return approval is given, the package must be shipped out within one week of authorization. Possible reasons for return or exchanges can include the bracelet does not fit your wrist, one or more beads are damaged upon receipt. 

If the stretch cord happens to break, it will be covered for up to 90 days after the date of purchase at no cost. Unfortunately, return shipping fees will have to be covered by the buyer and will not be refunded. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must still have tags on and be returned in their original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
