We offer a 90 day warranty and replacement on all of our jewelry. We stand behind our products and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your All the way Creative by Michelle purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please submit a photo to MichelleD@allthewaycreativebymichelle.com prior to filling out our Warranty claim on our website. This will help us to link both the product and the Warranty Request form to ensure a seamless transaction in getting your product replaced. 

To submit a claim, please follow these simple steps to submit your warranty request.

1. Visit our Contact Page.

2. Type your order number in the subject box.

3. From here, please specify the product in which you are having issues with as some customers order more 

     than one item. Also it is important to put your email and contact info in the message as well.
